Delete your Reverie account

How to request deletion

Email asmrforall1999@gmail.com from the same email address your account is registered under, with the subject line "Delete my account" (or just say so in the body). We'll confirm your identity is the account holder and process the request — no other information is required.

We aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable time, and will confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and password;
• Your profile and any companions, stories, or chat messages tied to your account; and
• Your public display name, if you set one.

What we may retain

Some records may be kept longer where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons — for example, transaction/payment history for accounting purposes, and moderation records tied to a report you filed or were the subject of. This mirrors the retention described in our Privacy Notice, Section 5.

Deleting just your chat history, without deleting your account

You don't need to delete your whole account to erase your data with a specific companion. Open a conversation, then use the "🗑 Erase memory" option (in the chat header, or the menu next to it) to permanently wipe your message history, memory, and relationship progress with that companion. This is immediate and self-service — no request or waiting required — and it doesn't affect your account, credits, or any other companion you've chatted with.
