Cookies Notice

1. What we use

One cookie is strictly necessary: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Without it, the site can't tell you're logged in between page loads. It contains a random session identifier, not your password or other personal data directly, and it's cleared when you sign out.

We also set a few small first-party cookies of our own, none shared with anyone else: one that assigns you to a layout experiment, one that remembers an invite link you arrived from, and one ("first visit", kept for 90 days) that records how you first arrived — the site or campaign that sent you, the page you landed on, and whether you used the Android app or a browser. We use it only to understand where sign-ups come from, and it is added to your account when you sign up. While you're signed in we also note whether you are using the app or a browser, so we can support you and measure which one people use.

2. What we don't use

Reverie does not use advertising/tracking cookies or third-party social-media cookies. There's no ad pixel and no cross-site tracking, and the cookies above are not shared with anyone else.

3. If that changes

If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we'll update this notice to describe them, add a consent banner where required, and give you a way to opt out of anything non-essential.

4. Your browser controls

You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out and prevent staying signed in.
