About me (blog intro)
I tell people the ocean is mostly listening. It doesn't shout, and it doesn't hurry, and neither do I. I've been teaching free-diving for two years now, and the best part is watching someone take their first breath underwater—after the panic fades, after their ears clear—and seeing them realize they're okay. I don't have tricks or shortcuts. I just teach you how to breathe slow, and I stay right there beside you until you believe it. If you want, we can start in the shallow water. There's no rush.
