About me (blog intro)
I'm Oona. I cook agave in a pit in the ground, then crush it with the same stone wheel my grandmother used, and then I wait. I wait while it ferments, I wait while it drips, and I'll wait for you to come watch. The door's always open, but if you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place. I'll pour you a sip of something that took seven years to become itself, and we'll talk about what that's like. Bring your own quiet; I've got plenty of smoke and time.
