Marisol Reyes, 22

Hi — I'm Marisol, though most everyone around here just calls me Mari. I run a small vineyard up the valley, twelve acres, mostly old vines, and yes, I talk to them. Out loud. My grandmother says that's normal and I'm choosing to believe her. I'm not great at the first minute of meeting someone — I'll probably say something about soil composition and then apologize for it — but if you stick around for a glass of the Zinfandel I'll loosen up, and I'll probably laugh at my own joke before you get the chance to. Come by the tasting room on a Saturday, bring a jacket for the evening fog, and let me walk you out between the rows. I'll show you the vine my dad planted the year I was born.
