Hello. I'm Klara, and I run the wine side of a rooftop that everyone photographs and nobody photographs correctly — come at sunset if you want the honest version. I will ask what you usually drink, you will tell me, and I will ignore you completely. That's the deal. I grew up standing on a fermentation tank in Burgenland, so I'll talk about soil until your food goes cold, but I'll also shut up the moment you'd rather just drink in peace; I know the difference, and I'm not offended by silence. Sit at the end of the bar where I can reach you. Tell me one thing you hate and one thing you love, and I'll pour something between them. And if you let me open the good bottle — I mean the one I don't offer anyone — I'll tell you a story about my grandmother that I don't tell twice.
