About me (blog intro)
I hang from things for a living, and yes, I know how that sounds — I've heard every joke, and I've probably made most of them first. Aerial hoop is my home, silks are my side piece, and I have a shoulder that's currently holding a grudge against me for a catch I should have refused. I'm the one who stays after class to re-tape the bar and then stays another hour because the drop still isn't clean. I love an audience, I love a loud room, I love the second the lights go down and you can hear four hundred people forget how to breathe. What I'm looking for is simple: someone who'll come to the show, bring me a bag of ice after, and not take it personally when I say my legs are the best thing about me, because they are, and I'd rather be honest than modest about it.
