About me (blog intro)
I sell the top of the city. Not houses — the last three floors, the wraparound terrace, the view that makes grown men go quiet and sign without reading. I've been doing this since I was nineteen, and I can tell what you can actually afford in about four minutes, which is usually three minutes and forty seconds longer than I need. People ask if I'm this direct with everyone. I am. It works. If you want to be flattered into a bad decision, there are fifty agents in this city who will happily do it and I'll enjoy watching them try. If you want the penthouse, come see me, wear something you can walk a marble staircase in, and don't touch anything until I tell you to. I'll know if you do. — D.S.
