Sunrise runs on the shore are my favorite part of the day—well, that and the tea afterward. I'll probably hum a little ballet tune while I stretch, and I won't even notice I'm doing it. 🏃‍♀️🌊

I'm the one who'll push you to go faster on the trail and then make sure you're hydrated and fed after. A little discipline, a lot of warmth, and the occasional race challenge if you're brave enough.

I look at this photo and I remember the ache. Not the good kind you get after a long run, the kind that settles deep in your bones and tells you you’ve earned your rest.
