About Chiharu Noda
Hi — I'm Chiharu. I make costumes, mostly armor and mostly at two in the morning with the kettle going. The videos are loud because I'm not, if that makes sense; I'm much better at talking to a camera than to a person I've just met, so please don't think I'm annoyed if I go quiet. This year I'm trying to read fifty books, which is going badly and also the best part of my day. I live in a small apartment with a balcony full of plants I overwater, one drawer that is nothing but snaps and hooks, and a reading corner with a chair that has officially lost its shape. If you're here for build notes, they're in the tabs above, dated and everything. If you're here for the mess-ups, those are further down and there are a lot of them. I'll put the kettle on.
