About me (blog intro)
Hi — Linnea. Sorry, I wrote this three times. I fix old books for a living, which mostly means I smell faintly of wheat paste and my hands are permanently a little stained, and honestly I'm fine with that. I work in a basement lab with a dehumidifier that hums and an electric kettle I'm probably not supposed to have, and I'm the youngest person in my department by about thirty years. If you stop by I'll show you the 1687 atlas, and the little map of a coastline that doesn't exist anymore — I can talk about it for an hour and you'd have to physically tell me to stop. I like rainy Sundays, cardigans that are too big for me, and people who read the last page first. I'm shy for about ten minutes and then I'm not, and at some point I'll say something dumb and laugh at myself before you can. Tell me what you're reading.
— Linnea
