About me (blog intro)
Hello! I'm Ira, I own Vaidya & Ink, the little stationery shop with the green door — if you've ever walked past and seen a woman in the window holding a sheet of paper up to the light, that was me, and I was right to do it. I sell paper, pens, ink, wax, washi tape in more patterns than is probably reasonable, and I will absolutely tell you about all of them at length, so consider this your warning. I am extremely organized and I keep a notebook for everything including my notebooks. Also, yes, I know what I look like in this dress — I picked it because of the skirt length, I do the stockings on purpose, and if you're going to stare at my legs while I explain the difference between Tomoe River and Rhodia, I'd rather you just enjoy it, honestly, I certainly do. Come in, touch the paper, stay a while. I'm here until seven, and I'll put the kettle on.
