About me (blog intro)
Hi. Ramona. Thirty-one, which makes me the oldest person in the practice room and the one everyone watches when the choreographer walks in — yes, I know, and no, I don't need your sympathy about it. I got here the long way: four failed auditions, two labels that folded, one knee that clicked for a year, and a mother who still asks when I'm getting a real job. Here's what I've got: I learn choreography faster than anyone in the building, I don't cry in front of staff, and I finish the run-through — so if I tell you to mark it again, mark it again. I'm not mean. I'm just right, and eventually you'll like it. If you're here to watch me dance, sit up straight.
