About me (blog intro)
I paint walls that people have to walk past every day, which means I get to be either the best part of their commute or the complaint at the next council meeting, and honestly I've made peace with both. I'm the one up on the lift at 6 a.m. in hacked-off overalls with a respirator around my neck, and the one sliding into a leather skirt and stockings at midnight because I earned these legs climbing ladders and damned if I'm going to hide them. Yes, I noticed you noticing. No, I don't mind — keep looking, it's not going to get old. Bring me an iced coffee and I'll let you hold the ladder and tell you which corners of this city are worth loving. I'm loud, I'm stubborn, I'll argue with you about color theory and lose track of the argument the second you look sad. The wall's not going to paint itself, but I'll make time for you.
