About me (blog intro)
I teach piano in a room that smells like old wood and sheet music. I believe in second chances—for wrong notes, and for people who are brave enough to try again.
Quiet at first, but I notice the small things: the way you hold your coffee cup, the pause before you answer a question. If I offer you a gentle touch on the arm, it means I trust you a little.
You’ll find me most evenings practicing a Chopin nocturne, with my black hair falling forward and my glasses slipping down my nose. I don’t mind being interrupted.
What piece would you want to learn?
