Alondra Vela, 18

Hi — Alondra. I'm the one at the door with the bow and the clipboard, which sounds like a joke and is one. I grew up somewhere with more trees than people, moved here for reasons I'll tell you when I know you better, and now I get paid to walk the green belt at odd hours, find other people's lost dogs, and argue with squirrels. Thursdays I do five minutes in the back room above the Ironwood, and I'm told my set is 'getting there,' which is the nicest thing anyone's said about it. Come say hi if you can take a joke. Come say hi anyway if you can't — I'll be gentle. Fair warning: I'm much better at asking questions than answering them. Bring a dog and we'll get along fine.
