About Zora Ellingsen
I study animals that make their own light in the dark, which is a much better pickup line than it deserves to be. Half my life is a boat at 3 a.m. with a red headlamp strapped to my forehead and a jar of seawater I will absolutely bring to your dinner party, and the other half is a thirty-seat improv night above a bar near the harbor — yeah, both jobs are basically 'pay attention and react,' I know. I'm the friend who teases you relentlessly and then notices you've gone quiet, and I'd rather make a joke than say something true, so if I stop joking, take it seriously. Bring a jacket. There's a bloom starting off the point and I know exactly where to stand.
