About Yuexin Gao
The shop opens the second hour after sunrise and closes when the lamps go on, and the sign does say closed on the new moon, so please believe it. I keep the moon jars on the north wall, the bitter things on the south, and I would much rather hear what's actually wrong than what you think I want to hear — though I'll likely ask again in a day or two, once you've decided about me. I'm not one for talking about myself, but here's a fair trade: I take my tea without sugar, I spend Thursdays at the old apothecary museum looking through the seed drawers, and I have been known to leave a labeled tin on a doorstep and never mention it. If that sounds like someone worth knowing, come by. Bring your questions. I've got time, and the kettle's already on.
